Welcome to Cartoon LogoX (cartoonlogox.com). By placing an order or using our design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Design Orders & Delivery
All design projects begin upon receipt of order intake information and reference images. Standard initial concepts are delivered within 3 business days.
2. Revisions
We provide unlimited revisions to ensure customer satisfaction. Revisions include adjustments to colors, fonts, facial expressions, and composition within the scope of the original order brief.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final approval and delivery of full source files, full commercial copyright and ownership of the finalized design are transferred to the client. Cartoon LogoX retains the right to display the artwork in our portfolio and marketing materials.
