Unlimited Revisions
Because custom design is an iterative creative process, we offer unlimited revisions so our artists can incorporate your exact feedback until the artwork meets your vision.
Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with the initial concepts and wish to cancel before requesting any revisions, you may request a refund within 7 days of initial draft delivery. Once revisions have commenced or vector source files (AI/EPS/SVG) have been approved and downloaded, refunds can no longer be issued due to the irreversible nature of custom digital artwork.
